Rabbi Mendel is originally from Montreal. He received his education in Montreal, Toronto, and Israel, and received rabbinic ordination in 2015. Over the years, he has spent many summers and Jewish holidays participating in the Roving Rabbis program, traveling around the world to host holiday events and support local rabbis and Jewish communities.

Mussi is an Austin original! After graduating from Beth Chana Teachers Seminary, she interned and taught at Tamim Academy and Aleph Bet Pre-School of Austin, Texas. She later moved to New York, where she further developed her skills as an educator from 2014 through 2019.

We were married in March of 2015 and are the proud parents of two daughters, Rikki and Ita.

We have been living in Round Rock since April of 2019. We are here for you and for the Jewish community of this beautiful city – please reach out for anything!
